CMS Made Simple Forums

So I have 1.9.4.3 and want to go to 1.10.3... Call me a noob, but how do I do that. The Upgrade topic says there are two ways to do it, but it doesn't explain either, there is no manual that I can find, no FAQ...

Maybe an idea to make a sticky topic about this? Am I the only one who is guessing how to do it?

Please let me know how to proceed.
