Since I tried to upgrade tot 1.10.3 form 1.9.4.3 (still working on 1.9.4.3 due to failed upgrade) I frequently get tthe underlying error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method ModuleOperations::get_instance() in /home/users/r/e/redeag/www/lib/tasks/class.GatherNotifications.task.php on line 35

I then have to close my adminpanel and start up a new login and everthing works again.
Any idea how to solve this problem??

Restore from backup... you can't 1/2 upgrade CMSMS versions.

I die restore from backup. That is why I can World again. But this error sometimes comes up.

Well you didn't restore properly. The file that you mentioned is new for 1.10.

Think he means wipe all folders/files in the failed install and reup all folders/files from known good backup, this will remove any stray files from the failed upgrade...
