Need Login Fixed and Upgrade to most recent version

This is a fairly high profile site we built on the CMS made simple platform. We're about to launch a new location and need to make some changes to the site.

Need a CMS Made Simple developer to:
1: Our login suddenly stopped working. There is no "forgot password" link. We need this fixed ASAP.
2. Upgrade us to the latest version of the system.
Need a quote and timeframe and how you prefer to be paid.
