CMS Made Simple Forums

Sometime last night my site and CMSMS had a bit of a hiccup. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with the time change?

Anyways, I log into the admin console (as the admin) and the menu only has the following options:
CMS
Content
Extensions
My Preferences

I navigated to Content->Pages and no pages are found. The menu of the site is blank as well. However, I see content within the database under the cms_content table. I can also view the pages directly if I know the URL.

Does anyone have any advice?

So I went into the database and added admin to the user group. I was then able to log back into CMSMS and clear the cache which caused the pages to reappear.

Any idea what might have caused this? Also, the Server Cache Settings was set to 0, so I don't know why it was caching at all.
