Hi,

Does anyone know if there's a way that I can customize the layout of the feedback form? I'd like to display questions in two columns, and if possible, group into fieldsets.

check CSS styling in fbf admin, after that you can do pretty much everything with css

Fieldsets isnt possible yet afaik.. Although I have already added the necessary functions I dont think its used yet
