[SOLVED] Hopefully the dumbest question of the day.

Hi Guys,
I've never backed up a data base before but the guy I'm building the site for worries about the sort of thing that happens whey somebody says "Don't worry, that never happens...".
I'd already downloaded the contents of the site root via FTP. Have I done the next bit right? This is what I did:
1. Logged into my cpanel and then into phpMyAdmin
2. Clicked on the name of the relevant database in the left hand column
3. Clicked the export button on the main top menu
4. Clicket the Custom radio button and then realised I didn't understand any of it so clicked the Quick radio button instead
5. Left the format drop down as SQL
6. Hit the go button.
I now have all the data I retrieved via FTP and a file named after my data base which has an .sql extension.
Do I now have all I need to rebuild/restore the site in the unlikely event my most excellend host (UK2.net) gets abducted by aliens?
I hope so because the Custom option may as well have been writen in Mandarin.
Cheers,
Gene Stevo.
