buy groups

Hello please anybody help , i have a website going live on friday and i have just missed amajor thing doing testing.
I have about three diffrent groups which the user can register to but just found out that they can register to the first group ok and go through payment cart - orders - paypal no problem but when i try to buy another group it just goes through without going through payment. Here is how i tried to buy one of the other group.
