WYSYWIG editors not working after upgrade to 1.10.2

Hi Now running CMCMS v1.10.2 on a Linux server running Apache with PHP 5.2 (Dreamhost)

Since upgrading from 1.9.4.1 to 1.10.2 (via 1.9.4.2 as prescribed) I find that neither the TinyMCE nor the MicroTiny WYSIWYG Editors are available from the page/news editing screens depite selecting them in the Global Settings. (i.e. the Turn WYSIWYG on/off setting seems to do nothing and all we get is the Enter Code option.

Has anyone else found this problem or have any clues how to fix it?

All was working fine before the upgrade. The only other thing we've done is install the FrontEndUsers module (1.16.5). We have a warning against the Members module (1.1.1) saying that it is not supported above 1.9.4.2 but I have been unable to find a newer version of the Members module to update it with.

Hi,

Try disabling, than enabling the corresponding modules. If that doesn't work, reinstall them.

That's what I would do if I were you, anyway... :)

Thanks. Tried that but I'm afraid it didn't work. Any more ideas, anyone??

Tricks for tiny:..

Set permissions to 755 on modules and tiny folders...

Hit the reset all settings to default in advanced tab...

Set tiny to use a static config file in tiny admin...

Did you try via FTP ?

uninstall. Clear cache. Clear browser cache
Load TinyMCE-2.9.4 via FTP binary into a folder named TinyMCE.
Chmod 755 TinyMCE and all folders inside

Go to your Admin Console >Modules and install
Enable TinyMCE in Global setting and USer Preferences

It should work out of the box.
