CMS 0.13 : files manager

In the files manager, the files based on the upload directory (uploads/) are badly linked : site.com/SomeFile and no site.com/uploads/SomeFile.
There is no problem for the files in sub-directory.

Should be fixed in the latest CMSMS beta ;)
