user related filemanager available?

Hello comunity,
I've tried to find a solution for my problem but i got no suitable recommendations.
I've installed CMSMS V1.10.1 for our web page. The Idea is to give each member of our club a change to edit his personal web page inside our cms system. I've created a webpage for our testuser and he (and the admin too) has the only permission to edit his own page. Additionally he can get access to the image management and filemangement plug in.
The problem is that I didn't find a setup to give the testuser access only to his personal upload folder (eg /uploads/hp_user/testuser).
He has access to all folders inside the /upload folder.
How can I give the testuser permission only to his individual upload-folder?
