[solved]ModuleManager stuffed after aborted upgrade to 1.10

Using CMSMS 1.9.4.3 - used Softaculous to upgrade to 1.10. Yes, I did read the instructions for upgrading but forgot to check the modules. Ran into the Captcha error so restored my site to 1.9.4.3.
I then went into Module Manager to check for updated modules but only the main page comes up. None of the tabs work so I cannot check for Available Modules etc.
Ah - had a brainwave and made nuSOAP active and now I see the upgrades. So will do the upgrades then try again with 1.10.

Is it possible for me to uninstall the Captcha module then upgrade to 1.10 then re-install Captcha?ModuleManager (and it’s partner server component ModuleRepository) have been significantly revised to use a RESTFUL interface rather than a SOAP interface (sorry for the geek talk). Which results in a dramatic reduction in memory requirements for downloading modules from our forge. Additionally, the XML parsing functionality has been rewritten to use memory more optimally, and there are functionality improvements as well. As a side benefit to this effort we were able to completely remove the nuSOAP module from our distribution.
