loading problem NetworkError 510 Not Extended / server error

Hello, I just installed CMS Version 1.9.4.3, Current PHP Version (phpversion): 5.2.9 with Apache (Server Software (server_software):
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) ) and MySQL 5.0.76

When I load my page nos all files are loaded properly, I get quite some NetworkError: 510 Not Extended errors with the supposed "wron links", the strange thing is that the links do work on their own and they seem to work some times. Meaning if I load the same page twice an image that did appear on the first load does not on the second, and the other way arround.

The system information gives the vollowin "almost errors" in my php information:
Session Save Path (session_save_path):
No check because open basedir active Caution ?

PHP register_globals (register_globals):
On (True)

PHP Open Basedir (open_basedir):
/var/www/vhosts/xxxxxxxxx.com/httpdocs:/tmp

I don´t know if they are related or not, any help is highly apreciated.
