Fatal error:....:/CMSMailer.module.php on line 35 [fixed?]

what does this mean and how to fix it?
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class cmsmailer in /homepages/13/d162954982/htdocs/usofearth/modules/CMSMailer/CMSMailer.module.php on line 35
CMSMS .13 Canary new fresh install, installed Comments and then CMSMailer, both went good... went to Users and Groups to set permissions and this showed up, now that is the only thing to show up no matter what you try to do, any page.....
i did a search ...no luck...
EDIT: i fixed it by deleting/reinstalling it a couple of times... go figure
