Does this CMS allow me to create a site whereby organizations can log in and change text or image for a page, save it, then see the changes they made?

Sure....
create a page, set permissions per page. People that login can only modify pages they have permissions to.

Does this CMS allow an organization to login to their own "webspace" (such as trinitychurch.domain.com and baptistchurch.domain.com) and make text changes of swap out a logo, save it, then see the new changes?
I ask this because I'm in the process of developing a website which allow many organizations to login to upload their photo, text, etc. but each organization will have their own subdomain.
