How to recover account on the forum when you forgot both account name and password?

I forgot my account name and password. So I went to "recover my password" option but couldn't use it, because the system answered the username/email combination could not be found. Sure, I forgot my username...

So I went on to create a new user account. But I couldn't create a new account with my e-mail, because the system said that email was already in use. Sure, my old account uses that email.

So finally I created a brand new email and then created THIS new accout on this forum, only to be able to ask, how to recover my old account. Or more precisely, how to re-use my normal e-mail, because this email is artificial, I don't want to have 2 emails.

Anyone can help?

"mail you" how? there is no contact mail on this whole site, nor on your profile.. or maybe it's just me blind
