the only thing that stood out to me negatively was the embossing of the header image. my suggestion would be to revisit how to incorporate that image. the rest of the site looks perfect for your market/demographic to me.

Very nice. I did find the news articles at the bottom difficult to navigate through. The dots were small and hard to click on.
