1. Added image with MT filepicker
2. Entered in the box Border: "yes"

So it isn't clear you need to add the width of the borderline, and the value entered isn't checked

Just wondered it is possible to change the border color somewhere?

Really like to get editor stuff fail/fool proof
But this is probably more a core TinyMCE issue and not CMSMS...
