FEUserlisting snag

hi there. got a lil problem with the feuserlistings. the backend has no trouble displaying multiple users that work at the same company. but the front end will only display one employee at the company. back end shows a 1-many relationship (1 company - many employees) while the front only shows a 1-1 relationship (1 employee - 1 company) can you rectify this?
