From admin panel, Extensions>Add User Defined Tag gives a white page with a corresponding error log entry:

[Mon Aug 22 14:12:00 2011] [warn] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ')' in /xxx/xxx/httpdocs/admin/adduserplugin.php on line 129

PHP version is 5.2.13, mysql is 5.0.90
