2 pages ask for authentication [SOLVED]

.htaccess question, maybe. I develop on my own server, in a protected directory. I migrated a site (CMSMS) to the client's live server and TWO page (his About page and only ONE of 5 sub pages) is still asking for credentials from the development server. No other page is doing this. I've scrutinized the page itself and can find nothing. The .htaccess file seems fine. Any ideas what could be causing that?
It's not locking me out of the site. I mean, it lets me click through if I just hit the red "X" in the authentication box, so I can access the site. But WHY is the authentication box popping up in the first place?
http://www.honolulufish.com/about/ (turn speakers down; video/audio launch on pageload despite our suggestion to the contrary!)
and the subpage:
http://honolulufish.com/about/about-wayne/
I've cleared the cache via the CMSMS dashboard. Do I need to use FTP to delete files from the tmp/ folder too?
UPDATE:
User error. Replace user. It was my own darn fault. I had (and I don't usually do this) hard coded a link in the stylesheet and that's what was stinking up the pond.
