upgraded to php 5.1.4, no images will show

Is there something I need to change in php.ini. Did a freshinstall of CMSMS 0.13 stable, and no difference. Can anybody suggest any help?

When checking what the page is trying to load I get http://lake.stark.k12.oh.us/hs/index.ph ... eltBIG.gif which does not work.
If I try to view http://lake.stark.k12.oh.us/hs/uploads/ ... eltBIG.gif, it works! The problem must be in the pretty url's.
