When did the problem start appearing? History? Reset all settings? Reinstall?
Hi CrudOMatic,
Check the TinyMCE plugins and make sure fullpage is unchecked. That plugin generates the html, head and body tags.
Furthermore in topic http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/viewtopic.php?t=42749 pgwalsh solved it by uninstalling and then reinstalling TinyMCE.
