I have complete (and easy) layout in html/div including all grafics and need someone who could make a template out of this. Could pay a small amount of money for this. Please contact me if you can help.

the first mail (not posting) included an offering for a relatively small charge and I did the deal. I think it's just fair to stand to the agreement now.
but soon there is another template which I need help for.  - hope your offer to help is still valid then
