CMS Made Simple Forums

hey guys i just changed servers and wow moving the cmsms sites i have has been disasterous haha anyways everything seems to be done with the move except when i go to the image manager i get this error
Invalid base directory: /uploads/images
the directory is there and the config file seems to be correct.. any ideas ?

After all config.php paths have been set to correct urls, clear cache.
