"Approve News For Frontend Display" Permission missing

"Approve News For Frontend Display" Permission missing

Hi folks,

as the subject says - Im missing the "Approve News For Frontend Display" permission.

Also when permission "Add Pages" is set my Editor is missing on first load. After submitting I get the "no content given" error and the editor gets loaded.

Any ideas whats happening here?

Using 1.9.4.2 and TinyMCE 2.8.4
