Question about my top banner slider - w images

Hi everyone, I am having a problem I can't seem to solve. I believe this has something to do with two javascripts going against each other, but have no idea how to solve it. I have read some posts but can't seem to understand where this problem is originating from and much less how to fix it.
On the following link you will see what I am talking about. It shows the three images that I have for my javascript top slide-in banner:

Here you will see the top banner how it should look (images slide every few seconds):

What I have is the CGBlog module displaying summary on the left column of the index page here http://unmejorperu.com/index.php right below the square ad. It displays the date, title and summary of the article... but when you click on the link it shows that messed up banner with all the images running down.
Can anyone provide any suggestions or help on how to fix this please? I have been battling with this for a while now
