I am on my fourth website install of .9 - all went well with the exception of this last one. In Plugin Management I am only getting the user defined Tags showing. I went to the plugins folder and all 19 files are there. Copied them all up a third time to make sure.

As a result I am getting this error:

Fatal error: Smarty error: [in db:6 line 24]: syntax error: unrecognized tag 'cms_module' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 576) in /hsphere/local/home/prairiep/prairiepistols.com/lib/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1088

All modules are up to date as well....

??

I went back to version 8.2 copied all the files back to the server including a config.php I saved from the site prior to upgrading. Installed the data from 8.2 using phpmyadmin. And now 8.2 does the same thing the plugins are not showing next step is a complete new install ?

All the paths are correct in config.php, the actual files are there, always was installed in the root.

This is very weird as the site was working with 8.2.

You were correct Patricia, the path wasn't correct. Webhosting provider changed the path didn't let me know !!
