How to edit relational links function.cms_selflink.php

I think I need to edit this:

function.cms_selflink.php

but I'm not completely sure. I've researched but couldn't find an answer to this issue.

My relational links "Prev" and "Next" are using my TITLE text instead of my MENU text.

You will see on the homepage that it says "Next Page: Guitar Restring Price"

I'd prefer it says what the nav menu says: "Next Page: Restring"
