{News},{CGFeedback} general questions

Hi,
trying to understand CGFeedback.
Q1:
Does this line {CGFeedback key1="news" key2=$entry->id } in my "News Detail Page" tag/id the contents of the Detail Page, which is the detailed news article to be referred to by the comments from CGFeedback,
Or is it looking for something which is part of "News" and with a certain ID to render?
Q2:
A visitor arriving at the "Detail Page" sees just the article (without comments, etc.)
Below that "Detailed News" article, I would like to have a few buttons for functionality; such as "View Comments" and "Post Comment." When the visitor clicks on one of them, the page should show the Detailed News Article on top, as before and the corresponding template below.
How do I accomplish this, without Javascript preferably?
Would the user, after clicking one of the buttons have to be transfered to a new page that has the Detailed Article + the appropriate template hard coded into the html, or is there an easier approach?
thanks, samj
