Site in subdomein plaatsen (en dan ...)

Ik heb mijn site in een subdomein (http://www.priton.nl/cms2010/) geplaatst. Een één op één kopie van mijn huidige site, config.php gekopieerd en alle paden aangepast.
Alles draait als een tierelier ... nou ja ... ergens gaat het dan niet goed en komen "ineens" de oude links weer tevoorschijn en gaat 'ie verder op de originele site.
Waar mis ik iets?
