Problem installing CMS MS localhost with XAMPP and W7

Hi. I'm a newbie with CMS Made Simple. I was trying to start a test installation with CMS Made Simple 1.9.4.1 (Faanui) in XAMPP 1.7.4 running on Windows 7. I follow the instructions, but the installation is showing a couple of error that I could find a solution right now:
Testing error_reporting to ensure E_STRICT is disabled
E_STRICT is enabled
Testing error_reporting to ensure E_DEPRECATED is disabled
E_DEPRECATED is enabled
