Canonical Link Intrusion

Hi,
I don't know if it's a CMSMS-relative problem, that's why I'm posting on General Discussion.
I had a unexpected T_STRING message on a site I made. After seeking in the PHP files, I found 3 canonical links such as <link rel="canonical" href="http://jmplus.net" />, generating an error because of the wrong use of simple quotes. These links are intrusive. They caused the error because they wasn't here before.
Do you know the problem ?
It seems to be an intrusion into the host server.
