Hi there... Is there any good and easy Live Chat that help me to engage online and in real time with my customers ?

Its must be easy for my customers to contact you, and for you to keep track of their requests.

I just use a IM client.

Otherwise you could setup a page with https://blueimp.net/ajax/ or any other php chat scripts on it.

There are 5 projects in Forge if you search for "chat" I haven't used any of them so I don't know the status of them.
