406 error in CMSMailer Save

CMSMS 1.9.4.1 - fresh installation
(This is happening only in 1.9.4.1 - I have a number of sites running 1.9.2, and it doesn't occur there.)
When I try to save the configuration in CMSMailer, I click "save" then "ok" the popup confirmation, then I get this 406 error:
I also get this identical error when I try to send a test email from the page. The email sends just fine, but then the error presents.
I have verified that moduleinterface.php is there, and I have re-uploaded it, in case it corrupted on the initial upload.
What do I need to do to correct this, or is it something I need to worry about? It doesn't appear in any other part of the site (yet).

However, it appears that the information has been saved correctly.Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /[myaccountname]/admin/moduleinterface.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
