Cant create new content pages anymore.

I have been working on my cmsms (CMS Version 1.9.4)
site and am now nearly done. I have created nearly all my pages but remembered that I still needed just one more page so as always I went to: content/pages/add new content, and I made my new page, named it and added text. Then I pressed submit and Big problem! This error: "Forbidden You don't have permission to access /login/addcontent.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
I am an administrator and have all privillages. I have also created pages before with no problem. I must have done somthing to the settings but i dont know what! Any suggestions would be helpful.
