How would I create a page that just lists all the content of a certain (sub)section (paginated would be nice)?  I have a bunch of content that is not displayed in the menu that I would like the user to be able to choose from a page.  An example of this would resumes.  The site admin would be able to create resumes in the CMS.  A visitor of the site would be able to go to a page and see the titles of all the resumes from a page.  Clicking on a resume title would bring them to the resume page.

I'ma newbie, so any help is appreciated.
