So i want to upload this file manually. How can i do? I have unzip the files on /modules/Gallery. And what should i do to use this files ?

I think that message is related to the creation of css files for each template.
Those files will be recreated if you save a template in the Gallery admin templates tab.
You'll probably get the same error when you do that, so you might want to check the properties of the 'modules/Gallery/templates/css' directory first
