nope, admin-log doesnt store IPs. You might try contacting your host...

I wonder what getting the IP will bring you, I would rather check his account, that he used, and change the PW... As well, as the account for the database etc...

If your hosting account has a Stats feature and it's turned on, you might want to compare IP address hits to /admin/login.php with your admin log.
