Content Management: What users can and can't see

I'm on an older version of CMS (one from last year I think).

I've read in the changelog that the items that users don't have access to are not displayed.

Does this also apply to content management? It would seem that if a user can't modify other user's pages that they wouldn't be able to see the items listed in the "current pages" section.

I've got a few users adding a few pages and it is already a little bit confusing looking through pages of content for the stuff each user added / changed. Many of my users are newbies and all the content in the "current pages" confuses them.

Does this make sense?

Yeah, it definatly makes sense. It's not in there yet, though. I'll probably do that after I get this 0.9.1 out...

Wishy, did this make it out in any of the recent updates?  I'm about ready to fully embrace CMS Made Simple, but my newbie users are having a hard time navigating through pages and pages of content looking for their stuff.

Keep up the great work!

It's not in svn yet, but I'm planning on doing all of the permissions checking stuff for the new admin this weekend.  This will be included in that.

You rock!  I can't wait... well, actually I can and I will!  :)

Keep up the great work.  This really is one of the best CMS's I've ever seen!
