FormBuilder Save Results to File Based on Pulldown

Hello,

I have a form built in FormBuilder and I would like the results of this form to be saved in a file based on the selection from pulldown menu. In the field for this option, I placed a file name "myfile.txt" but the results of the form are not being written to the file. In the destination directory, I have saved an empty text file called "myfile.txt" but when I go to check it after the form is submitted, it is empty. Am I doing anything wrong? I simply put the file name in the Destination File Name area of my field, correct? My server has permission to write to my destination directory.

Please help. It would make my life easier to do this.
