Editable pdf file?

Is there a way to get pdf form to be filled in the website and either send it via email to specified address or to be saved in the admin area filemanager as pdf?
PDF forms that are fill-able as in fill out the form, has more to do with the form itself...
But to fill out a PDF you have to have a PDF reader that will allow this and it has to be set to be an extension in the browser, my PDF reader will render them in my Firefox but not my IE as that is how I set it...
You may be able to use Form Builder to get a from that they can fill out and have it export it as a PDF...
