i am wondering if i am allowed to create templates (which use some third party modules) for cmsms and sell them like themeforest does?! they have some for wordpress and joomla… of course i would keep the copyright footer of cmsms in the frontend and backend.

As long as you just say they are for CMSMS and not part of it, and not use the name in any form in the domain

You can sell them on your own domain, just don't make a domain that uses cmsms or cmsmadesimple in it's name like templates-cmsms.com or some variation of it...
