Guestbook 1.0.2 released | searcheable by Pisearch module

This new version of the Guestbook module makes the guestbook entries searchable with Pisearch 1.03.

Changes to the previous version 1.0.1:
* a page request parameter called "show_entry" was added to show only one guestbook entry. This way the pisearch module can show a single entry from a search result.
* updated Norwegian and German language files from the translation center
