Warning on fresh install?

Hi,
I have a fresh install of cmsms 1.9.3, and in a System Information page I get following warning:
Warning: php_uname() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/bisadria/public_html/admin/systeminfo.php on line 231
Also some other issues comes up, as Caution yellow marks.

At the moment seems that site is working fine, but any thoughts of possible issues? Is is hosting related and what should I do about it?
