Hi,

i have an existing cmsms website.
if you look at http://www.arthritisnsw.org.au/managing-pain.html i am developing the Program Module suite of 8 programs

if you look through them you'll see an icon saying do an Activity - this is where you come in.

so a user comes to the site, logs in and is directed to these programs.
'when they hit the icon a workbook needs to pop up (or appear below the icon in the text) so they can complete an activity sheet (series of information, checkboxes, textfields and text areas).
they need to be able to save this data and edit it at a later date. they also need an option to click a "save and start again" button which saves their data and creates a new, 2nd copy of the questions for them to fill in.

this is a rush job so needs to be done asap.
