ClientArea Uploads

Hi,
I'm in the process of tryin to sort out a client area on a website, clients need to be able to upload pic's and small videos to their individule sales rep's. The following is a list of modules I have currently installed to help complete the process.
Captcha 0.4.3
CustomContent 1.7.3
FrontEndUsers 1.12.11
SelfRegistration 1.6.7
Uploads 1.11.5
Though testing all seemed to be well but now i'm getting the following error.
I've read through these post's http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/viewtopic.php?t=15688 and http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/viewtopic.php?t=19430 and tried a few things.. yet still get error?
Also wondering if there's an easy way to add a dropdown to the yousendit function of the upload module to auto send to the required sales rep? Thank's in advance for any thoughts or suggestions.
