the topic has already been discussed more than 4 years ago: Keyboard shortcuts in the admin area (http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/viewtopic.php?t=8023). In those days it was a question of feasibility. Now it's possible in all modern browsres even in IE and the module Script Deploy already shows how. Most important for me: Ctrl + S. I always accidentally use the combination out of Script Deploy.

What do you think about implementing that and perhaps other Shortcuts in the Core?

Having keyboard shortcuts for the Apply and Submit buttons in the Edit Content screen would be a huge time-saver and reduce the need for scrolling. These shortcuts are in other CMSs I have used. Is this feature on the roadmap somewhere?
