CMS Made Simple Forums

I have a file in my root directory called file_list.php.

When I edit it I can see that it is described as ALL IN ONE FOLDER/FILE LISTER and credited to Greg Johnson.

However it is full of weird Chinese characters and I don't like the look of it. Is it anything to do with CMSMS or can I get rid of it?

Never heard of it, if it is a plugin or something it would/should be in the pluggins folder, I would delete it...
