Only in Firefox does the drop down menu go beyond my video

I am running CMSMS 1.7.1 (which I will be upgrading to 1.9.3 when it's released), using PHP 5.2.17, with MySQL 5.0.45 on a Linux OS.

I have an embedded mp4 video on a page, and for some odd reason only in Firefox (version 3.6.13) does the drop down menu go beyond the video. Plus, in IE 6 I can't even get the drop down menu to appear on the page with the video. However, the drop down menu goes in front of the video in IE 7. IE 8, Chrome, Safari, and Opera.

The page with the video can be found here

I have a different issue when looking at your site in FF3.6.. I bring it up, I cant see the video at all.. However, if I bring another window near where the video is, the video shows up.

I don't see the problem but it may have to do with my not having quick time plugin, which I won't install...

Most times if a menu goes behind a video it has to do with 2 things...

1) video not set with wmode:transparent...

2) video or it's container having a high z-index, setting the menu ul ul to a higher z-index than the video/container helps...

I am just going to have the link go directly to the video. That way the users can download it and use any program that they wish to view it, if they don't have quicklime installed.
