Problems after upgrade to 1.9.2.

Recently, I updated from some earlier version (think it was 1.5.4) to 1.9.2. According to wizard, upgrade went fine without any problems.

After update known problem from previous versions is happening. As admin I can change page content without changing page alias but users that are editors, with each submit or apply, are having automatic change of page alias. Is there some workaround?

Also, search module isn't working any more. When user enters search term, there is no results. I tried creating new empty page with {search} as only content and {search resultpage="something"} but with no luck. My bad is that I done all that on production site without in deep testing. I also cleared search statistics and after that nothing is recorded any more.

Please help as I don't have any idea what else to try and where to look.

There is an issue in 1.9.2, where editors that modify a page, get the alias changed. This has been addressed and is fixed in SVN. In the upcoming 1.9.3 this fix will be in. Release is planned in the coming days...

- #5846 When Power Users edit page content, the aliases change

Tnx a lot for answer.
I guess I'd wait for next upgrade considering page alias problem.

I installed fresh 1.9.2. on other computer and search is working just fine but in upgraded version of my site it shows no results. I don't know if search module is considered core or not but I desperately need somebody to point me how to debug this problem.

In addition, I cleared statistics and reindexed all pages, tried to uninstall and than install again Search module, verified via checksum complete installation. Non of these helped.
